Wake up to misty hills and the fresh, earthy aroma of Coorg’s coffee plantations. As we reach our stay location, take a short break to freshen up and get ready for the day ahead.

🍽️ 08:00 AM – Breakfast & Briefing

Enjoy a hot South Indian breakfast with your fellow explorers. Our trip lead will give a quick overview of the day’s plan and share some safety tips.

🚐 09:00 AM – Mandalpatti Jeep Ride

Hop into local jeeps and ascend the rugged trails to Mandalpatti Viewpoint, one of Coorg’s most stunning sunrise spots. Feel the wind in your face and take in panoramic views of rolling green hills and open skies.

🌊 11:30 AM – Visit Abbey Falls

Next, we head to the gushing Abbey Falls, tucked deep within lush coffee estates. Feel the cool mist on your skin and click some Insta-worthy shots with the hanging bridge in the backdrop.

🛕 01:00 PM – Omkareshwara Temple

After a quick break, visit the serene Omkareshwara Temple – a peaceful blend of Gothic and Islamic architectural styles, built in 1820.

🍽️ 02:00 PM – Lunch Break (Self-sponsored)

We stop at a local eatery or cafe. Choose from Coorg specialties or familiar staples as you fuel up for the second half of the day.

🌄 04:00 PM – Raja’s Seat Sunset

We end the day at Raja’s Seat, where kings once watched sunsets with their queens. Watch the golden light wash over Coorg’s hills — a moment of pure calm.

🍛 08:00 PM – Dinner & Chill

Return to our dorm stay. Gather around for dinner, unwind, share stories, and rest up for another exciting day.
🗓️ Day 2: Wildlife Encounters & Monastery Magic

Greet the morning with some crisp mountain air and light stretching, or grab a quick stroll outside the stay.

Enjoy a wholesome breakfast before we pack up and head out for our final adventures in Coorg.

🐘 09:30 AM – Dubare Elephant Camp

Arrive at the famous Dubare Elephant Camp. Watch elephants bathe in the river, learn about their training, and if time permits, even interact with them (subject to camp hours and availability).

🛕 12:00 PM – Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple)

Step into a slice of Tibet at the Namdroling Monastery, home to Buddhist monks, stunning architecture, and peaceful chanting. A soul-soothing way to wrap up your Coorg experience.

🍽️ 01:30 PM – Lunch (Self-sponsored)

We stop for lunch on the way back — relax, recap your favorite moments, and grab some local snacks for the road.

🚐 02:30 PM – Return Journey Begins

Board your Tempo Traveler/Minibus and settle in for the drive back to Bengaluru. It’s time to nap, laugh, and share photos from the trip.

🌆 10:30 PM – Estimated Arrival in Bengaluru

Depending on traffic, we’ll reach Bangalore by late evening. You’ll be dropped off at your original pickup points, full of stories and memories.

What is included and not in the without-travel package?
You will have to reach all the places on time as per the itinerary, by yourself. You will also need to synchronize your arrival times with the trek leader in case the Treksphere vehicle's journey experiences any delays. Other than that, accommodation, guidance, permits, and the rest which are mentioned in the included list are included.
How much advance would I have to pay to book the trip?
50% of the entire charge including taxes
What will happen if the trip does not go through?
Your money will be refunded within 2-3 business days
How will I be communicated with once the payment is done?
You would be added to a WhatsApp group a day or two before the trip date where all the last-minute information is shared. An email is also sent including important information about the trip.
Is it safe for females?
The safety and security of women/girls are paramount to us. Hence, it's entirely safe for women/girls to participate in our treks and travels. Our trek leaders always accompany the group, offering constant assistance and direction. Our campsites are thoroughly secure and provide a safe lodging environment. In addition, our female trek leaders often join our treks.
Can I reschedule my trek to a future date if I am unable to attend on the day of departure?
Unfortunately, it's not feasible to reschedule your trek to a future date if you're unable to attend on the designated day, regardless of the circumstances (like family emergencies, health problems, or work commitments).
